if I'm correct it is grandfathered in but I'm unsure if I'm doing this correctly due to not really having a guide anywhere in what's needed to get these.
I was redirected to post as a crafting level-up despite this not being a level-up. Its a request to learn the recipes in question that were grandfathered in that I had yet to claim
Again, not a level-up, they are already at these ranks and have been for years
