⮞ Self claims are allowed (ex. 'I don't know what I want/I'm busy right now, commenting so I can come back later!')
⮞ Holds are allowed (ex. "Holding a spot for @/user!').
⮞ Claims and holds are required to be responded to by the buyer within 24h of the initial comment being placed.
⮞ All payments (including those from claims and holds) must be made within 24h of the order being placed.
