I'm not sure how the rewards work, but I believe with this prompt, it would just be x1 foundling pup and x1 Premium Lootbox? I am unsure on that one- I know the foundling pup, but I'm not sure on the lootbox, if I am understanding correctly? I'm not sure how I would redeem the foundling pup, so I wouldn't mind having it redeemed in reply if that is possible, if not I will figure out how when the time comes!
