A Noble by birth, Pembe has been dethroned from her comfortable life by her parents for her nasty attitude and sharpness with the servants. She has been moved to one of her parents smaller properties with no servants to tend to her, left to learn the difficulties of life, to pick up a job, and earn an honorable wage for her own food.

She's less than pleased by the development and takes out her anger on others often whenever her thoughts stray to her parents and lost high life. She has slowly adapted, learning to hunt, to scavenge, and even has taken up a job, though it's more out of a defiance towards her parents and less about learning the lessons her parents wished to impart on her.
