Tokas, sometimes referred to as Toks, is an informant, a source of intel in the underground. A good friend of Vander's, though he goes against Sel'Torana, unlike Vander who is bound to her service. Tokas moves from place to place, but his most common location tends to be an underground tavern called the Bloody Barrel. A place with many pit fighters, gamblers and other shady criminals, but Tokas enjoys the music and occasional tussle even if he is rather afraid of most the visitors.
