Design notes:
-Design relatively stayed the same but changed dapples
-updated pangare
-and simplified tobiano because I didn't think it would still pass like the old one
-removed the glowy/blurred outline of tobi because I also thought that wouldn't pass now
-added a halo on import
-Left mane as is because I do not want to remove or change it
