Despite Springflower's best efforts, their respective status had always been an invisible barrier between him and Inwe when they were amongst people. Out here on the road, though, no one was watching out for etiquette. Of course Inwe was diligently doing their job, checking for threats ahead of the bridge and that, but once that was done, they were more than happy to goof off, and to Springflower, it was a delight.
