Reos Event: the Druids - 3
Canvas woke up feeling dirty empty and tired as he opened his eyes feeling stuff moving around on him unknown source. He looked at his paws at the purple, black slime thing on his paws, he moved slowly with struggle as he stood up to look around at the mess he had potentially made. He saw spots with new life growing other spot the sickness still spreading and now he was part of it. He shook his body and splashed it places as he got rid of it from his back, now only part of his paws a little, still trying to adapt to his body. This disease it felt familiar like something he should understand but at the same time didnt, his little to almost no knowledge of the world failed him here. He moved out of the pit and knew he had to speak with Auris, but scaredness was hitting him. He had failed in getting rid of the disease, he had maybe made it worst and somehow had made it become part of his body in a sense. As he moved he felt eyes hitting him judging him, burning into him. They knew he had failed they could see the stench off illness, smelll the stench on him, see in his body posture that was lowered down in disappointment. He moved towards the den Auris had been in earlier, properly trying to think of solutiong himself if Canvas was gonna fail. As soon he got close to the tree with the opening to a ttunnel Auris moved out absolute dread, tiredness and gloom in the face of the acorn coloured Haedian. Auris looked on him before there was a sound of something almost moaning in pain. " its dying the oracle its dying.. its no use hope its its lost" Auris said before looking Canvas up and down " and you look worst for ware too affected " he said and looked down with this dooming display on him. " im sorry" Canvas said couldn´t really help but feel very bad about the whole thing. " Can you save it the oracle " Aeris said almost helpless " maybe.. maybe you can understand it" he said and stared blankly into nothing. "ehm sure" Canvas said as he was kinda scared to say no to Aeris as Aeris started to move every step seeming painfull and Canvas followed quietly and also dropping spots of black slime onto the ground in places from his paws. He kept follow as another eerie moan louder this time sounded and the ground shoock a little as he could see a giant tree just ahead of it. Completely dark almost glowing in dark colours. It gave him an eerie feeling inside it scared him it was almost like the tree itself said to him to run away to not step closer. "This is the Oracle.. dying slowly" Aeris said and moved closer to the tree " im sorry my friend " he said and touched part of a vine of the tree. Canvas tried to move closer but the closer he got the worst he felt. This horrible feeling of wanting to vomit and run, this eerie vibe the tree gave off. the shimering darkness it had almost moving like an heartbeat. He want nothing to do with any of it, any part of the tree at all. "Come close and touch the Oracle" Aeris said as he looked back on Canvas. Canvas gulped down a big lumb as he tried to move closer to the each step harder than the last before he felt worst and worst and he turned around without word started to run and run. Away away from the tree he ran past shocked Haedians and away out of the grove he kept run faster than he ever ran before adrenaline moving his body. The tree has been to much to much dread it was like it had tried to go into his head into his thought almost like it had wanted to take him or want him, like perhaps mindcontrol or that was overthinking. He turned right and left then left again kept going fear fueling his every movement as he still felt like he could hear the Oracle dreadfull moan of pain and suffering. He kept for a long amount of time until he felt it was safe enough to stop running as he hit a crossroad of tunnels no more nature or grove plants around him. As he heaved for air to calm his nerves down again away from the grove and The Druids. He shaked his body as he smelled the air of a familiar scent and looked up and seeing a blue vayron with sparkles on his back " Calypso " he said happily and jumped toward the vayron to hug the vayron. " good to see you too " Calypso said and laughed " oh myy gosh you got purple slime on you " he said and Canvas looked on his paws and tried shake it off without luck. " that´s pretty cool can i get some too then we can be slime brothers" he said and laughed and Canvas couldnt help but join in the laugher feeling relief in his body and relaxed for a bit.
Option 2:
The disease has reached a tree sacred to the Druids known as the Oracle. The letters etched into the tree's bark, which usually glow with light, have turned black and you can almost hear the Oracle moaning. The Druids are very dismayed over this, and they look to you for the last chance to save it. Though you've seen this disease before in the world above, the tree gives you an eerie vibe and you want nothing to do with it.
Draw or write your Reosean fleeing from the tree, fear fueling them towards the edge of the Druid's territory.
