Fungicide [Druids]

Osaka, Sitka, and Nasale would watch the haedian bound off to seek out Auris. They already felt that their work here was not finished. They had only made a small dent into clearing the blighted plants and reviving some others.

An entire grove of plantlife lay before them to tackle, it could easily be overwhelming. Though they would spy other Vanquest Guild members about the place when they started to pay attention to their surroundings. They were not in this alone by any means, so perhaps with the group effort they could tame this disease.

They could only hope so, as they knew they would eventually have to move on from this clan to continue their journey. What was at the end of the journey they didn't fully know. There were rumors about the Matriarch but other things as well like dangerous beasts. Which was the truth though? Only one way they could find out.

Auris would soon come into their presence, “Hey, heard you three are doing quite well with cutting out this strange disease. But we still need help preventing it, you see, we are quite truly at a loss here.” The haedian male would look around at the plants still infected before continuing, “So if there is anything at all you can think of to help prevent it, we Druids would appreciate it.”

Nasale would stand to her feet, having laid down during their rest. “I'm sure between the three of us we can think of something to help. You can count on us.” 

Sitka and Osaka would silently agree with her, even if they weren't fully convinced they indeed had that knowledge.

“Thank you truly. Well I'll leave you three to it and check back on you later.” The druid leader would say before he would pad away, most likely to speak to other guests in his clan. 

Sitka would turn to his beloved duve mate, “So did you actually have some ideas?”

“Other Vanquest members are here, which means Erasmus is probably here too. He knows more about plants than I. So we could get advice from him, or perhaps even a solution that we can help spread.”

“Then let's hope he is in fact around in that case.”

“Where should we look for him?” Chimed in Osaka who was now also on his feet and glancing around. 

“Well definitely around plants, not that there are a lot of places here without them though. But could see if another member knows if we find someone else first.” 

“Alright. Well lead the way.”

Nasale would guide the males deeper into the Druid territory in search of Erasmus. The group each haven't exactly seen him around much, but Osaka and Sitka’s younger sister Paris knew him well. She had often hung out with the male discussing their shared interests in plants. But she wasn't with the three of them.

It wouldn't be long before Nasale would spot the pink male talking to another member of the guild, seeming to pass them some bottles. Once they had left the group of three would approach.

“Hello Erasmas, we were hoping to get your expertise with this blight. It isn't something the three of us are the greatest at dealing with.” Nasale would be the one speaking for the group.

“Ah yes, this fungicide will help, I'd recommend putting some into the soil at the base of the plant as well.” Gesturing to the crate of fungicide near them, “Take as many as you can carry, we are crafting more as we speak.” 

Other guild members nearby would be mixing up more of the fungicide, putting them in boxes to be hauled out. Working together like it was something they did every day. 

“Fungicide, it seems so obvious now. We thank you greatly for the assistance.”

The other two would nod in agreement and say their own, “Thank you” to the male.

The group would collect what they could carry of the fungicide before heading back to the area they were assigned to. Each of them using the bottled up fungicide on the plants, and mixing some into the soil as they were instructed to. Repeating the process over and over again until each and every bottle hadn't a drop left.

They would stop to admire their work, “I hope this is enough.” Osaka would say to the pair.

“I'm sure it will be with other guild members doing the same.” Sitka would interject. 

“It isn't even just Vanquest here either, there are other guilds and others not in them. Some headians appear to be jumping in as well.” Nasale would add in.

The puller wasn't wrong either, many seemed to pass by them in other sections of the caves. Holding bottles and shears, to tend the plants with. Many are working together to stop the spread. 

Auris would return to the group soon enough with the blue haedian known as Aleister. The leader being the one to speak, “It looks like you three are doing quite well here. We truly appreciate the effort and work you've put into this. Don't we Aleister?” The leader would nudge the blue male.

“Yeah, sure.” The male would say as though he needed sleep.

“You three are welcome back anytime.” Auris would smile at them before leading Aleister with him elsewhere.

Though soon, the two Laceworks and their puller companion would collect their empty bottles. Returning them to the location that the Vanquest members were set up, so that they could be reused. Doing their best to help them with smaller projects before they would be on their way to seek out the next clan.
