Tranquil Part 1

 Early in the morning Gydeon and Cailu set off for their next stop, fresh and ready to face anything that's thrown at them.

"We should go to the Tranquil next, they specialize in healing and helping others. I realized we both need to practice and learn more about healing after the trial of the brutes. It seemed my skills aren't as good as I believed" Cailu tells Gydeon, carefully looking the harsh reminder of his friend's efforts, ears pinned back and upset he couldn't do much more than closing the wounds and leaving scars. Gydeon bumps into Cailu and rolls his eyes "You did great, plus I have some cool new scars to prove I'm tough and scrappy, maybe others will think twice about trying to fight me" He states, and to try and cheer up his good friend following up with some fake dramatic growls and fighting moves, pouncing ahead on a glowing stone and looking back at Cailu goofy smine on his face.

The haedian smiles and chuckles "anyways we should move on and make haste to our next stop" Gydeon agrees and they begin their next adventure  After a few days they notice the local foliage becoming thicker and Lusher, a sure sign they're approaching their fin destination. "The Tranquil and a unique bunch, they reside in one of the few underground forests the caverns have. It's a very beautiful and calming is it not?" Sniffing around and taking in the soft glow of the moss and ferns Gydeon agrees "The scenery is very impressive already, I can't imagine how an underground forest looks. It must be fascinating, I should probably gather some plants and bring them home, though I'm unsure how well they would take to the deserts of my homeland."

 The pair continue chatting for a while before they finally approach their destination and Gydeon can't help but to gasp. He's always been impressed and intrigued by forests  that are so unlike his sandy origin but this was a whole new level, towering trees that have to be ancient older than even his ancestors far back in his family line, He also takes in the flowing rivers and the subtle sunlight leaking in from openings above, the first time in awhile he's been able to catch a glimpse of the sky through a fissure high above. Upon seeing his wonder and awe a few nearby Haedians chuckle and a smaller one with glittering pink and white markings approaches him "Greeting weary traveler, on the behalf of the Tranquil clan I welcome to our home, are you seeking treatment for what ails you?" shooken out of his reverence Gydeon and Cailu explain to the haedian why they've traveled here which is to learn more about healing and to rest from previous trials. The pink haedian nods "that's a very noble goal, come and follow me you're very fortunate we have a beginner healing class starting in a short while. My name is Teral and I'm also starting out on my journey to learn the healing arts."  Gydeons ears perk up and Cailu graciously accepts for them "That sounds wonderful, it's always plesant to meet others on the same path." the haedian smiles and starts leading them onwards to the class, explaining more about the clan, buildings, and general culture and the other two listen with rapt attention.

After a brief time they arrive at a large and welcoming building, part carved stone part living tree shaped into an ideal form with a large domed roof, and Teral continues their tour guide lecture "This is the Minor Injury Building. Anything that's not urgent or life threatening is taken care of here, there's also the Illness Ward and the Emergency Building. you're lucky todays class is a practical one and not just theory, we have some volunteers from a small scuffle not to long ago"  Gydeons ears perk up as the trio enter. looking around the building he spots the said volunteers-- and two of them friends made earlier in the journey, Dex And Khali. the smaller nursing a wicked looking scratch across their side and the other Bruised and battered. Gyd trots excitedly forwards and greets them "Long time no see! I thought you were the one who told me to stay out of trouble? you guys looks rough" Whipping their head towards the sound Dex smiles and waves while Khali grumbles "It's not like we Intended to get into a fight, we just happened to stumble on one and pitched in!" the four chat for a few minutes before the teacher enters and starts the lecture, soft voice flowing calmly and breaking down the instructions into simple and easy steps.

Despite having little experience with magic and healing, much less magical healing, Gydeon finds it surprisingly easy to coax Dex's wounds closed- new skin knitting together and making the gash more of a memory. Next to him Cailu is also focused in almost a trance like state, his own magic smoothing out and healing Khali's battered body. after what feels like hours the pair step back and take a look at their handy work as the teacher comes by and teases "Fantastic work from you two! this wraps up the lesson! please come by again tomorrow, is love to see what you guys can do!"
