[Trade] Flower Delivery!

After the trios excavation into the deepest frozen depths of Roenden, having a small trip within the mellow climate of Warrenfall was a welcome change of pace.

The lush greenery surrounding the reoseans was inviting, fresh berries growing on bushes hiding amidst the shubbery. Colorful flowers added a wonderful  splash of color among all the green and the soft breeze gently blowing over the landscape was the cherry on top. It was idyllic and Men, Rivule as well as Cappucchino soaked in the atmosphere.

"I like this a lot more than the chilly winds in Roenden." noted Cappuccino, netting him a questioning glance from Rivule as if she wanted to point out the tyrians thicker pelt compared to hers, and here she was not complaining about her home continent.

"Its certainly different." offered the whitecoated chaser, absentmindedly brushing through the pages of her book, refreshing her memory on certain things it looked like.

Cappuccino nodded eagerly turning to Men with a big grin. "I have to say that the change from going to legendary and rumored treasure to gathering flowers, is startingly different." Men smiled lightly, he agreed.

"Consider it a break from more serious jobs." offered the runner, whose pelt faintly glowed even in the sunlight.

"What flowers are we actually looking for?" asked Rivule, having gotten up from her spot, book once again stashed at her side rearing to go.

"I suppose anything a kid might find pretty." offered Cappuccino in response, getting up from his spot too to signal to the rest of his friends that he was ready to get this quest underway.

"Right." said Rivule, rolling her eyes. It wasnt that this task was below her, but she would have really liked to also continue to soak in more knowledge in the form of a trip to the library. But she wasn't going to help, secretly she was just content to travel more alongside Cappuccino and Men. She didnt show it, nor could she, but the two had grown on her.

Men too got up from his resting position, leading the other two toward a meadow that Men had seen from afar grew a beautiful selection of wild flowers.

"I dont really have experience making flower crown." said Men pensively as they trotted along.

"I dont either, but dont worry. We only need to collect the flowers!" said Cappuccino, giving the runner a reassuring smile. The tyrian always knew what to say to lift another up.

"In that case- lets start and just pick the prettiest flowers we can find." said Men, nodding to the others.

"Preferably non toxic ones." added Rivule. It was rare to see the chaser care for someone else other than her, no less a child.

With warnings ushered the trio dedicated their energy toward the task at hand. Finding suitable flowers was surprisingly hard, especially for Cappuccino, whose clawed hands caused a few flowers to be crushed in his grasp, or for their stem to be broken off way too short, making them unsuitable for flower crown making as the stem was needed to weave the flowers together into a structure that would hold together on its own.

Men had an easier time, gathering a few pansies in a handful of different shades before they got sidetracked with a bunch of dandelions they had found.

Rivule treaded the meadow carefully, the further away they had gotten from Roenden the more unrest she had felt within her core- it was as if the more mellow temperatures had started to erode and melt away the safety measures she had on her magic. She had noticed soft frost forming around her paws as she walked across the grasslands, making sure to lag behind the others to not worry them. They had seen what she was capable of and letting it slip that she currently didnt have a tight grasp on her powers could spell trouble.

And with trouble always came questions, which were best left avoided. The chaser instead manipulated small droplets of water, turning them into small sharp blades of ice that she used to cut down flowers that she thought were pretty. Yet physically touching them made each and every one be covered in a thin layer of frost. Yet with Rivule specifically taking her time, she intended to give the frost enough time to melt on its own.

The three spent the better part of an hour eagerly plucking flowers, even Rivule who hadnt been too excited at the idea found herself enjoying the activity.

"This should be enough." noted Men, glancing at the small mountain of flowers the three had gathered together, it was a sizable amount and would definitely help with creating a few flowercrowns. A certain kid would be very happy. Now the three just needed to bundle them up and make sure they got them back to the kid. Luckily Cappuccino was here, meaning that their delivery would be done by air.
